Refund Policy
In-Store Refunds Only

Refunds can only be processed in-store at one of our Westman Lumber Supply locations. We do not accept mail-in or third-party returns for refund processing.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging, documentation, and accessories intact to qualify for a refund.

Refunds are subject to the manager's discretion. Each return will be assessed based on the product’s condition and eligibility. The manager reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request.

Certain items may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Custom or special-order items

Clearance or discounted products

Opened or used items that cannot be resold in original condition

3. Return Time Frame

Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund. Any returns after this period may be ineligible for a refund, subject to the store manager’s decision.

4. Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds. If a receipt is not provided, we may be unable to process the return.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment:

For purchases made via credit or debit card, refunds will be processed back to the original card used.

Cash payments will be refunded in cash.

Please note that refunds processed via credit or debit cards may take several business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Clearance or discounted products

Used or opened items that are no longer in their original condition

Items that have been damaged or altered by the customer

If you prefer, eligible items can be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value, subject to product availability. Any price difference must be settled at the time of exchange.

Prices displayed on our website are for estimating purposes only and may not reflect the most current pricing. The most accurate pricing is available in-store.

Refund amounts will be based on the final in-store purchase price, not the online price.
