Return Policy
In-Store Returns Only

All returns must be made in-store at one of our Westman Lumber Supply locations. We do not accept returns via mail or third-party carriers.

Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, documentation, and any accessories intact.

2. Condition of Product

The condition of the product at the time of return will be assessed in-store. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition to be considered for a return.

Items that have been altered, damaged, or are missing parts may not be eligible for return.

3. Manager's Discretion

All returns are subject to approval at the discretion of the store manager. The manager will review each case individually to determine whether the product qualifies for a return or exchange.

Decisions made by the manager are final and based on the specific circumstances of the product and its condition at the time of return.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain products may be non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:

Custom or special-order items

Clearance or discounted items

Opened or used products that cannot be resold

Any product labeled as non-refundable will be indicated as such at the time of purchase.

5. Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Without a receipt, we may not be able to process your return.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, where applicable. Cash purchases may be refunded as cash, while card payments will be refunded to the original card used.

7. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value, subject to store inventory. Price differences, if any, will need to be settled at the time of exchange.
